progress of your house except the advance payment

Advance Payment
:- 20% of the total price shall be
paid at the time of contract signing.
- First
Payment :- 25% of the total price shall be paid up on completion
of foundation.
- Second
Payment :- 25% of the total price shall be paid up on completion
of all structural works.
- Third Payment :- 25% of the total
price shall be paid up on completion of Wall and Roofing.
- Fourth
Payment :- 15% of the total price shall be paid up on completion
of painting.
- Fifth
Payment :- 10% of the total price shall be paid up on hand over.
Advance payment is deducted from payable amount
of first to fifth payment pooportioanally.

& Business, Awash Bank, Dashen Bank, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia...) & we
